Just to update the thread to say that we are now up and running and happy to discuss requirements! We can pick up from the abbatoir too, and happy to do that FOC depending on where and what 🙂
The meat we sell ourselves comes from our own pigs and my dad’s beef and lamb put through the abbatoir for private kill, just setting up our little cutting room now
Yeah, a cutting service for those who haven’t got the space/time/inclination for theirselves or if they were doing meat boxes etc. interesting to read about the ideas for mobile abbatoirs though, and that it’s already functioning elsewhere
Coming from the farming side I totally understand people’s concerns there! We’ve got plenty of our own meat so wouldn’t be interested at all in swindling anyone out of theirs! Happy to cut, pack and label to exactly how you’d want it too so you get everything back in the way that works best for...
