Just seen this post - to let you know we do weld on replacement tips and weld on replacement wings complete with a tip already on it. We also offer the part with tungsten carbide up the shin, on the tip and on the full width of the wings to help maintain lift

If they were from us, the yellow wire is what changes the flash pattern and is therefore meant to be left off or can be wired into a switch to change the pattern. The synchronisation wire is the white one. For what you want to do, this is the wire that you need to have disconnected. You will...
