We had this done on a main drive shaft on the back of a Claas combine header, it lasted a little while then snapped in half where it had been built up. Couldn’t believe it, thought it would be fine.

BS reckoned the haulier would be taking limestone back down from Derbyshire. When I asked the drivers they were off to pick up loads of wheat. It was just the same last year as well.

And as long as you can get it delivered. Ordered 500 tons at the beginning of July and still waiting on 300. BS insist it comes from wissington when we have Newark 20 minutes up the road 🤷‍♂️

Just had a quick look at our 550 against our 9380. The 550’s are roughly 10” wide opposed to 7.5” on the 9380.

Refurbished our Bredal lime spreader a couple of years ago and the best I could find was 2 pack epoxy, both primer and top coat. A very durable paint that is resistant to chemicals and acids.

Had my inguinal hernia repaired yesterday, full anaesthetic and open surgery. Very surprised how little it hurts just feels a little tight but nothing major. I can walk around like normal, not sure if that’s a good thing or not when you are supposed to rest. It was quite worrying when they...
