    Biomass advice

Set the expansion vessel to 0.8 bar. There should always be some water in the vessel so if the water gets cold there is still some pressure in the system so air cannot get in. Turn your new pumps down to the lowest setting, they can easily push 0.5 bar pressure. It dosnt take much power to push...

    Standing Charges Consultation

A diesel generator producing 100kw of electricity will use about 25 lires of diesel an hour. Diesel has 10kw of energy per litre so thats a total of 250kw of energy. The extra 150 kw is almost all heat. With an efficient heat capture system on engine and exhaust and room space using heat pumps a...

ETA HACK 90KW Boiler buffer heating

An 80 watt circulating pump will easily pull the hot water around the system regardless of distance. And it will only take the water to that property not to all the others that dont need it.

ETA HACK 90KW Boiler buffer heating

You need to put a small pump in every house that only works when that house needs heat. Then you can remove the big pump that is running all day and costing you money.

ETA HACK 90KW Boiler buffer heating

if you have a circulating pump working 24/7 then you will lose all the heat. The pump has to be switched on only when needed. A hot unused buffer will stay hot for days.
