My MF 3080 with a Krone 2.8m trailed mower. The 3080 was a field find a couple of years ago and this is the first year I’ve got her together enough for a run out.
I had the same problem as @Aspiring Peasants with an AM323 plain mower. Fine for 50 acres with new blades then the clutch would go, Krone couldn’t sort it and ended up selling it after a couple of seasons. Not had any problems with the easycut models I have used though. They have been good mowers.
I did a t6.180 last year to fit a mchale. There was a 3/4 bung on the casting on the right hand side above the pto cover. That’s where I was told to put it in by the local New Holland guys.
What year is the sprayer and does it have flowcontrol+.
if you go in to settings and spray liquid circuit make sure the front tank option is on and you can set the min fill level in there.
Not all gps systems will work with all spreaders, I had trouble at work getting an FJDynamics system working with an amazone amatron 4 box. The gps didn’t have the correct correction signals for the box to work. Ended up putting an amazone gps receiver on the tractor.
Hi, sorry looked back through my job sheets but no part number. Best thing to do is have a chat with local dealer and give them your s/n to get the right one. Might be worth asking if they have a test one you can try to make sure it is the problem as the ecu’s aren’t cheap.
I tested it with a second hand ecu off a secondhand machine we had in the yard and then fitted a new one when I was sure that was the issue. Easy to fit, 2 plugs, two pipes and 4 bolts and it’s off. Not sure on price unfortunately but could get one off the stores for you if you like
I had a 5455 earlier in the year with similar symptoms, would lose power but turn it off and on again it would be fine. Ended up having to put a new ecu in it which solved the problem
Being a new machine are all the sensors in place and connected. There should be a sensor in the bottom of the lift ram for advanced float/EDS. When you engage EDS does the arm drop at all?
We've got a couple sold, getting positive feedback but not the same as talking to an end user I know. The best thing to do is get a demo, talk to your local dealer and see if they have a demo unit or they can get a McCormick demo unit out for you to try.
Customer wanted quicke. First one we have done with that loader, the others have all been McCormicks. Does look good with the black boom and black wheels.
