Haha our face doesn’t fit and we’re only small fry
Spring lambs there 47kg made £120 I felt sorry for the people selling them
It’s a shame the rest of our hoggs can all go dw or to a mart 70 miles away
Last lambs we will send live to local mart, all fed and well fleshed, 63kg was a tup lamb
Top 3 pens all texels
Rest Charolais x texel
Feel a bit disappointed
Trouble is- some of the guys (not all but some) who sell all there lambs in the Autumn aren’t seeing this high lamb trade yet, if stores are averaging £85 next autumn that farmer can’t budget his replacements in on fat lambs at £160
Hopefully this trade will be still flying and everyone will...
If brought whilst under restriction it’s half compensation, that hurts!!
Eg a £1400 store becomes only worth £1180 on comp then because you under restrictions when you brought it it’s worth 590
5 border collie pups
4 dogs
1 bitch
Born 25th August
Good Working parents, both can be seen
Ready to leave in 2 weeks,
Located near Bicester, Oxfordshire
Maybe the reality that £110/120/130 for the ewe lambs doesn’t go very far once everything comes out the job
Wintering isn’t cheap and even tho prices are up if numbers are down the cheque still makes the same
