Hello! I am a farmer from Denmark. In 2011 I went from min-till to direct drilling.
I use a Horsch Airseeder 4 meter modified with Canadian GEN openers that Works very well for DD. I am now the retailer for GEN Manufacturing in all Europe.
I grow wheat, malting barley, spring beans and OSR on 260 ha. I have 40% spring crops and always cover crops before spring crops. This makes it very easy to control grass weeds and diseases.
All fertilizer is liquid and for spring barley and OSR fertilizer is placed with the GEN openers - this gives a bnetter start and higher yields.
