Shame he didnt enjoy it. In 20+ years of motorsport i have had lots of near misses but still couldnt give it up. There were some awesome races on the Sunday and already looking forward to the revival.
basically, initially with it being a damage only accident the police will leave it to insurance.
Once she has refused details it becomes an offence, cop number one may have forgotten that. Speak to another and get them to report it accordingly.
