Page 1500 of Combinable Price Tracker in just over ten years, if you go back and look at page 1,prices haven’t changed. I can’t think of anything that farms purchase that is the same price or less than it was ten years ago?
All CR s have had an issues with this if the OSR straw is still green, we’ve had 980s , 9090s and 10.90s ,we found running the rotors faster and breaking the straw more helped.
I wouldn’t have thought the X9 would outperform the 10.90 and 780, but in our experience you don’t get the best out these large combines running them in the same field .
Deprecation of the X9 will be as yet unknown, but it’s the first combine we have bought which is worth more apparently after...
I find it quite amusing reading this thread that some posts have strong opinions on machinery that they have no experience.
We have run two NH 10.90 s since 2015 and been running NH for over 40 years, the 10.90 is a great combine and I have no complaints about its performance and reliability or...
I questioned the depth of the lugs on the tracks compared to the twin tracks, the lugs are closer together on the RX and shallower, l think they have designed them so the lugs don’t stretch too much around the idlers because they are a lot smaller on the RX
i do think 40k is too fast for long...
We had a 8RX 410 in August 20, replacing a JD 8345 RT, the RX is a great all round tractor in that it cures a lot of a twin track short comings, it’s a lot more suited to 3 point linkage work and pulls better around corners.
