    the hybrid Rye does really stunt the blackgrass in the spring when it gets going. And most seed ends up in clamp at harvest. Which is fine as long as the AD plant pasteurises the digestate. We have seen some of our best control for seed return come from the hybrid rye. Which follows winter barley.
