First time to go up there, great show of Charollais, came home with 2, thought there were some very good Sims about there as well.

I was thinking of keeping the cows pure and just putting the Charollais on to be some good matching calves

Anyone using a charolais bull on them? Was wondering what sort of calf they'd have and if they would be a good quiet cow to keep

Had 1 last year would let any other calf suck except her own, in the end just sent them all out, her calf was sucking anywhere it could. She calved this year and is really good mother.

Have grown this for the last few years. You will get regrowth as long as you take stock out once all leaves are gone but stems remaining. Ours has never came back as good the second time but you will get a fair bit of regrowth.
