basically, initially with it being a damage only accident the police will leave it to insurance. Once she has refused details it becomes an offence, cop number one may have forgotten that. Speak to another and get them to report it accordingly.

You can send them a letter, explaining that they are delaying paying for their clients damage. Afterall the hedge can't be at fault. Give them 7/14/21* days or you will submit a claim to the small claims court at their expense. *delete what you feel appropriate or reasonable.

We used to be users of C&CC. The minimum you need is water, waste dump and a bin. You can head up to all singing and dancing shower blocks, hook up etc. The more you provide the more you can charge and the more customer your get. Some strange folk will never use the bathroom in their caravan...
