Evening all,
Just had a hot air ballon land ( crash land ) on my ground, to fair to the guy he did pick the only field I have left with no sheep and lambs in it, however the fields to the left and right sheep and lambs in a mess, collie dog buggared off scared out of its mind.

Had some soil samples done. Fields are all in grass, ranging from 1yr old to 5yr old grass paddocks.
Not done liming in a good few years, but FYM and hen litter been used for last ten years or so.
Looking for any input to help improve grass sward, and production over next few years.

Have been thinking of keeping a 100 or so Suffolk ewe lambs out of my scot mules this year. Just wondering people's thoughts on them and tup recommendations to put them to?
They are out of home bred ped suffolks with a 1/4 NZ influence though them. In other words working types not big show heads...
