Pipe under railway line is also collapsed so in dire need of replacement.

It is indeed the pipe that takes the water off the road it’s given trouble for years as all the rubbish and gravel off the road gets into it. I’ve suggested a silt trap/catch pit up by road to eliminate it blocking up. Tons of gravel in it coke cans chip boxes wrappers and a dead rabbit.
