    10 Years?

Are you sure? Can remember exactly where I was when the proverbial hit the fan with BFF. Actually thought I'd inadvertently added some form of virus while posting from abroad. When home again TFF appeared. Almost certain that was February 2013. :scratchhead:

Anybody know how to get in touch with Keltec from the UK? Need ram seals for a bale slice and there's a phone number on the machine but it's either unobtainable or just rings out and no dealer locally. TIA. M. Or any other supplier of course

Case mxu won't move any ideas?

Case mxu 125 won't drive forward, works fine in reverse. 16 speed same as a New Holland ts (i think it is). Before I rack up another big main dealer bill that fitted some new bits (sensors and shuttle) and diagnosed a gearbox rebuild all of which were not needed or rubbish, has anyone else had...

    Post knockers again

Quick question the Malone, Belmec, multec type simple thumpers have a ram and bit of sliding box section on the lower link arm that presumably pivots the machine square on sloping grounds. Is this setup powerful enough to push/pull a Post back to vertical if it starts to go off line?

What do you combine drivers do all day?

Just watched a video clip of a combine retrofitted with auto steer. Very impressive but what does the driver do all day he dare not touch the steering wheel till the end of the row then panic stations lift, turn, drop then off again, might be up to 10 minutes to the other end. With auto speed...

    ULEZ

Hypothetical really but now the zone has been extended in London there may be some fields within the area. Does it mean tractors now have to be post 16 compliant (whatever that means)? If so heard this morning that grants are available for ultra small businesses to get their vehicles compliant...

How's everyone managing in this cold spell to get water to the stock? Got a couple of troughs not running here but thought I might share this tip. Turn the flow right down and reduce the capacity of the trough. It seems to be working here anyway the water is dribbling in almost 24 hours a...

    Kverneland ploughing headriggs

Just wondering if anybody has made a gizmo or depth stop to fix to the back wheel on a kv plough so that when ploughing the headriggs out the last 'open' furrow isn't a ditch.
