I know of someone who sent a load to try and never again. Apparently their weights were coming back 2-3kg deadweight less than their normal slaughterhouse

One of my best mates is an auctioneer and he said the first lesson he was taught is that the buyer is the enemy when you are on the plank.
I've seen him and his boss both stop an auction and tell a buyer to stop arseing about or get lost.
What is the purpose of a grader?
Not having a dig at anyone but surely the buyers know what they want i.e. Some leaner lambs some fitter for different jobs.
So why have them graded let the buyers do it to earn their slice of the pie.

I was summoned to do the father in law's 4 pedigree suffolks last night. Lambed in January and none of this new fangled "low input" rubbish. Old school feed em til they can't eat no more.
