Some money that would be 💰
I don’t think 1000ltrs of deisel to seperate 450000gal is expensive? And it’s all 3phase pumps a motors except the conveyor can u even get a battery to service all that ?
They will put 4inch inlet and outlet on them if you state that when ordering, don’t buy there pumps source one from over here. Speak to them on WhatsApp. It’s the shipping that hurts,I’ve got spare screw and screen for mine, and motors
They come in a crate
If you set the weights at max I’d say so, want to try drying a few loads in the summer and storing it for the winter but need another shed for that to happen really. But from what I’ve seen of it drying out in the summer it would make brilliant bedding
The reason why the genset is plenty big enough is because I brought it as a back up for the farm, and it’ll be big enough for a row of Seperator’s, the only thing I need now is more Seperator’s but I didn’t want to buy more till I was convinced they were good enough
I thought the point of this thread was mobile slurry Seperator? And I could probably add another 8-10 Seperator’s to this for the same cost of yours if you want a race 😂 I could sell the genset for a profit tomorrow if I needed but it was purely setup like this to simply test the Seperator out...
This is a baby Seperator probably compared to yours, what is your Seperator and cost to put in etc ? I’m Not clever enough to work out how much electric yours is using but I’m sure someone will be along shortly to tell us. I’ve priced the biggest ones they do and could still buy 4 cheaper than...
Made this in Jan 2023
Chinese Seperator (stainless screw and screen) this is the smallest they do) (got given it to test out) (but would of cost about 2.5k with out shipping)
choir sub pump (cost £3400)
110volt conveyor second hand off eBay (£1500)
steel box about £800
pipes and couplings...
It’s right, but Februarys short month always looks sh*t. As for the forward selling it’s a game, we’ve been up to 80% before. Play if you wish, don’t cry if you don’t win. It could have been worse, the ones that did the Lidl deal don’t know how lucky they are they adjusted the price, ours was...
Similar to our milk statements, smp, wmp, brokered milk
60%is a fair bit, we did the same deal aswel but only at 40%. The first deal that hasn’t worked out well for us. We both did what we thought was the right thing at the time, the amount we lost off the deal was 6figures still feel we had a...
What happens is,as I’ve seen it on my statements aswel once before is they use the milk statement template. They only change the figures that they need to like you say. That C litre price is probably from couple of years ago. I’m sure someone from yew tree office is watching, so probably get...
I’m intrigued to,we don’t have A&B price purely on ingredients contract we got 41.58 av for jan 4.81f 3.46pro no deductions for bac or cells etc love to know where @eulb has got this info from ? I wouldn’t get shooting yew tree down,we are first to go down but first to go up, it’s the yearly...
Put Separators in at a lot of farms,(walking floor lorry’s)solids to the digester.back load the solids back to the farms so never running empty anywhere.obviously paying the farmer for the use of these solids to go through the digester.
so you’d get a milk cheque and a muck cheque basically...
