Loss of power and smoking , check the hammer pedal is not stuck open .
Tends to get stood on getting in and out of the cab . Doesn’t get used much and sticks and won’t return to neutral.
Causes pump to send oil to a dead end and loads up the hydraulic system and drags the engine down .
Depend on the age , new ones have independent programmable buttons , older ones you can only add steering engagement in to the headland management sequence and that depends on the software level in the monitor .
Lift the arms to transport height then lock the lift .
Once tractor exceeds 8kmh it will activate the soft ride , this can be adjusted hard or soft by adjusting the big main lift dial .
Built in feature with the Fleming toppers, the gearbox on them is only rated to about 60hp,and make sure it is bolted properly to the frame as they tend to rattle slack and fall off.
probably a 12.9 bolt be better .
There was a modification done on them fitting a bypass system on the hydraulic filter to take the load off the engine and timing gears when the oil was cold.
can tell by looking if there is a t piece in the line to the filter.
did help them a bit .
I saw a funny thing the other day that really rang true in terms of previous comments on here regarding manuals and their contents .
As others have said the first section of modern manuals are full of legal speak.
Unfortunately this is a combination of today’s litigious society, and( oh my god I...
If your pedal has even pressure from top to bottom when pressing and the bite point is high then bleeding or changing the cylinder orobably won’t improve it , as it’s a hydraulic master and slave cylinder by its design it is self adjusting so your issue is probably a combination of wear in the...
Class marketing cocked up on the model numbers when they went to the new shape , if you had a 620 and upgraded to a 630 next on the new shape it wasn’t any bigger you needed to go two models up to get a comparative next model up .
Especially on the 4 cylinder models the 530 was no better that...
Clutch pedal out of calibration , might need calibrated but if it’s only faulting when right at the bottom wind the rubber stop up a bit so the pedal don’t go down as far and check across the level of the clutch pedal compared to the brakes and adjust the top stop so all pedals are level.
Other...
Basically a 7 series with less power.
Top spec , Guidance ready if your dealer is good
get a demo and make you own mind up by the time this descends into a Fendt V Valtra v John Deere thread , like all the others, you will wish you had never asked .
Best way fitting a whole set , is to wind shear bar back to its maximum , remembering to adjust the belly pan accordingly, and set up first blade to the shear bar then wind the sharpen stone down so it just skiffs and then adjust the first knife to the sharpen stone so it scuffs evenly both...
There are many practical things that have been suggested so far but to me the simplest thing that needs to change that would have the biggest influence and results are attitudes.
1. Admit there is a problem, HSE death statistics don’t lie,
2. Accept that, as an industry, we have a collective...
Possibly lost either the crank or camshaft sensor.
Also take the filter out of the canister filter , unscrew the plastic stack pipe in the centre of the filter bowl and replace the o ring on the bottom.
My OCD cannot cope with Robot mowers , I cannot abide the randomness of the waythey dotter round , I cannot cope with the fact they do not do 9 times round then work across the garden in straight lines 😂😂
I would suggest , having done his best and tried the obvious New Adblue and filter ,he gets someone out to diagnose it properly and not get distracted by talk of spending vast amounts remapping and removing a DPF that isn’t fitted on a 5090.
Not quite sure I see the issue , fairly sure every manufacturer does a bog standard , gear lever , mechanical spool tractor in their range .
Simply tell the salesman what you want he will tick the appropriate box on the order form and you get what you want .
I think the main issue is salesmen...
Depends what your going to use it for .
Main issues
Clutch as the reverse gear is faster than any forward gear and is a pain to change .
