Try speaking to horizon, George sly, they could most likely hook you up with a metering unit that’s electronically driven. Not sure on cost mins. Depends how much you want to spend I guess is the key.
It annoys the life out of me that these companies use chemicals to clean before powder. With out blasting polyester powder can’t adhere properly. Worse thing that happened to paint was the lead removed. Gave uv protection, adhesion, depth of colour. Standox standafleet is a great product. Powder...
If you’re looking for an oven, eBay is as good as any where, new from air flow or rdm will set you back 20k
Powdercoat gun, I started with one from
Eastwood. Did a fine job for what it was. Great for small quantities as. You can blow it out after use and very little wastage. Great For small...
That’s great, it’s Mosley wear as I’m making a small 1.5m direct drill for vineyards. Guess you replace the leg as it doesn’t seem like the point is changeable.
Evening all,
looking to buy sabre tine legs for a project. What are people’s thoughts on them? Do they wear well, reliable into uncultivated ground etc?

You have. Two options, 1 if you think they really won’t pay, go to small claims court website, state your case, they will access and then hand deliver a summons. It’s slightly drawn out but I’ve had 100% success with it. Second option is Thomas Higgins, call them, they will advise what you need...
I moved across to shapr3d. Got it on iPad pro but now available on pc as well. Phenomenal programme. Still use emachine shop for fast 2d cutting on the plasma table but for cutting tube on the laser or cnc folding shapr3d is great. Also, way cheaper than any solid works type programme.
On newer trailers, they use a rivnut into the frame then use a countersunk flathead screw. Best going to them I think for that part. Rivnut kits can be bought online. Great to have kicking around in the workshop. Board wise, as previously mentioned. Go with proper phenolic board. It's the best...
So you’ll need to see what brand of mower uses them. there are only a couple manufacturers in the uk that make flail mowers. Only 1 makes their own flail rotors, that’s us. Rest are brought in from Italy.(might be wrong but…) a manufacturer won’t buy them due to no warranty due to age. You’ll be...
If they are speed increases, they will be for flail mowers. We use similar gearboxes for flail mowers we manufacture. 3:1 normally for flail mowers. If they are reduces, they could well be to flail mowers to reduce down from 1000rpm. What info do you want to know on them? Can email the vin plate...
I was lucky enough to buy an engine with all the bits. Decided to rebuild the engine, new piston rings, seals, plus injectors and a few tuning bits. Be about 200-220hp. Plenty for what I want.
What have you managed to gather together or are you still searching. I need a hx35w at some point to...
This engine is spare if any one needs bit from it now. Removing it from the old defender to replace with a Cummins. The issue I had in the end wasn't the pump but the timing of the pump. I rotated it and she ran perfectly. Stated it yeasteday after 6 months or being parked in the barn and she...
