Great thanks. I doubt if he will keep going over the same area so it sounds like it will be ok. It's just the perfect weather for it all this weekend and my friend is free with the quad to Harrow. Bit of light rain forecast next week and the ground isnt too wet or dry so I need to get it done now.

Thanks all. The field is sloped but not steeply so and drains well. It won't need to be used in the winter much unless along our track etc. It's really just to top/harrow 1 acre or so at a time while the rest is being grazed. If the whole field needs work we will get our field neighbour in with...
Hi. We are looking at buying a second hand honda quad. We want to tow a small trailer, topper/mower and chain harrow behind it. Will 2WD be powerful enough or does it need to be a 4WD?

Thanks for clarifying. I wouldn't have animals and them just not bother looking after them properly. Hence why I don't have animals at present, Stupid job gets in the way :( One day I want to give up and just live off the land but for now I have a mortgage to pay for..... One day, One day.....
