Looking for a simple bale spike for putting rounds of haylege in to cattle yard. What's good brand wise and where best to get one in Norfolk or Suffolk? Or do I just get some tines and a bracket and get one made up.
My main ploughing tractor can be alittle short on grip sometimes when it gets abit sloppy wheel weights look very difficult to find as it's a 1974 model so I was thinking of attaching weights to the drawbar but not sure how to go about it. Has anybody else done this and did it work?

I'm looking in to getting a larger tractor for field work. I don't do much road work so no need for more than 40k, needs around 100hp and preferable to have 4 wheel drive and a good lift as looking at a mounted drill. Only doing around 75 acres a year. Hoping to be around 10 grand mark but less...
Has anybody tried out or even bought an Armatrac or a larger Solis tractor? Seem like good little machines for the price but not seen either in use.
Thinking of a basic easy to run add on for our david brown fleet something with windows and a bit more comfort.
