Thursday I was absolutely fine, at work, no problems. Friday morning I get out of bed with a painful right knee that seizes up if I sit around for 10 mins, made me limp but was just bearable Today it's incredibly painful, restricted movement, can't kneel on it, can weight bear fine though...
