had 1 a while ago for a dodgy shoulder, didn't make a lot of difference to be honest, it was giving me a fair bit of grief last year and went for Xrays and physio and was told if a needed another injection it would need to be done under anesthetic so they could use a longer needle and a camera so the could get it right into the joint, luckily the physio helped enough to get rid of 80% of the pain and if it gives me much more hassle i go and see a sports therapist who gives my back n shoulders a good going over for £30 a session and that keeps me going, old rugby and farming injuries, oh and not getting any younger
