Upsides would be a bit cheaper, quicker, can do it ourselves, no footings, and easier to route all underground drainage etc as no footings with panels mounted on RSJ's.
Has anyone used concrete panels for internal walls rather than blockwork? This would be in a new parlour set up, tank room, office etc. Can see it will be a head scratch as to where RSJ's will need to go and the order the panels get put in to ensure a loader can still gain access to put more panels up. Upsides would be a bit cheaper, quicker, can do it ourselves, no footings, and easier to route all underground drainage etc as no footings with panels mounted on RSJ's. Downsides would be RSJ's protruding and doorways and windows would take a bit more effort. Any thoughts?
