Do you not have an interest/hobby you could cash in on and make into a business? Career? I got pee'd off working for numptys and doing jobs beyond my pay scale... I set up on my own with more of a hobby in numpty time... they were paying me while I was doing my own thing in their office on their computer. My then Manager was happy as he was useless. And I helped him as he was gasping for air and sinking fast and he was a likeable old boy caught in a wave of unavoidable sh!t. Caused me no end of stress/unhappiness to the point of f**k this I'm off on the sick... I tasted proper Sleep.. Going to bed at a proper time getting up at a proper time and allsorts whilst off. I went back with I won't be doing X Y or Z and I won't be here every other weekend From Friday at midnight.I did them 6 days of daft hours. Que new Manager and it was easier but weren't right... Que new Big Manager above all little managers..... Que Letter From new Main man saying I wasn't doing what I was paid for and I'd have to make sure XYZ was done and they wouldn't pay me past my hours. He had an email answering his issues with a "Stick it up your arse final sentence" within 10 minutes and I was in the car and gone and I've never looked back
