I think its easy enough for those of us on the outside looking in to tell people what they should or should not be doing, but we need to be careful. Sometimes people suffer from bad anxiety and it is all very well others saying they need a break from such and such, but for the person in question that is not easy in the slightest. I think there are needed to be found ways/methods to make it all easier and that will, alas, take some time but we have to be patient and understanding. until we truly know what its like for that person its difficult for us to make an opinion. I myself can kind of understand where Will is coming from, I suffer with social anxiety myself and sometimes its very difficult for me to even see the animals or do certain things without feeling really anxious or self conscious. One thing I found helpful was having people around me that supported me and were patient with me. The sad thing is not everyone wants to be that, they want results here and now and that's really sad because life doesn't work that way. Remember Will its gradual steps at a time, there will be days where you feel like everything is falling apart, but we are all here for you, we care about you and will give you as much encouragement and moral support as we can :)
