How far south are you? Facilities are all dependent on how far a potential partner wants to go. If it's a temporary event then we can bring in the majority of the stuff we need. Generators, marques etc. If there were available / abandoned barns or out buildings that could be used that would be a bonus. If a potential partner was interested in making it a more permanent fixture which is more preferable to us we can negotiate terms profit split or ground rent etc. We can put in planning permission for steel clad buildings to house the attractions and build the infrastructure needed such as toilets catering etc. We can supply details of other attractions that have started in a similar way, the majority of them being farms who have diversified. For the Halloween event the majority of the year goes into building an attraction, upgrading / expanding existing attractions then a generally open for the month of October but has a huge potential to add additional attractions for the rest of the year. We have a 'pop up' scare maze attraction at the moment it was specifically designed and built to be taken to indoor exhibition events. All that is needed is a building, barn or marquee etc to house it and a generator to the run the power. This can be set up in less than a week so it is possible to do a smaller scale event for this Halloween.
