I just carry it around in my pocket and you literally just scan over your arm. Will work through t shirt, jumper ,jacket and waterproof and you have a reading!! Have avaraged 23 odd scans a day for last fortnight and only used finger pr*ck a couple of times. And when I’m at ‘real work’ I can easily do it as driving regularly . [QUOTE="Herdwick sheep, post: 7065188, member: 71948"] Yes .I do that but at coffee time I will have a cuppa and biscuit and a small injection and it works ok ,no real problem and in afternoon have a brew and biscuit and if I have an injection it just seems to pull it down really quick. That’s why I find it puzzling really. Same Food and stuff, just a different time of day and it seems to work more. That’s why was wondering if it was long acting insulin. Have started to miss ‘tea time ‘ injection to try and stop it but it then starts to creep up by supper? time. Bit frustrating but will get there eventually, probably go back to normal when I go back to proper job.
