You won't even be able to source a supply of the stuff unless NICE and the trust in question have approved it. That's right. You could be the world's leading expert in any realm of medical science but you can't prescribe a treatment, therapy or the like unless it is authorised through the correct channels. You will see this occasionally results in conflict between patients (or their families) and the NHS organisation providing their care, and so it will result in a court case that might appear in the media.</p><p></p><p>I believe we may have touched on this subject before.</p></blockquote><p></p>
