Had major problems with a 5140 a while back.It was loosing drive in forward only. After much troubleshooting and valve, solenoid and switch replacements,I discovered diodes(they don't look like diodes but that's what the wiring diagram called them) in the wiring harness at the rear of the cab. I assume the 5150 has them or it may be age dependant, but at the rear of the cab on the rhs bottom corner of the frame, there is a harness coming from possibly the shuttle valve or transmission and then entering up into the cab. There were two of these modules with the ends covered in silicon sealant and just plugged into sockets and cable tied to the loom One is for forward and the other, reverse. If you find them, try swapping them over and see if it makes any difference. Might not be related to your problem, but worth a look..... https://partstore.caseih.com/us/parts-search.html#epc::mr52223ar958453 I think it was part number 18 in the diagram........
