Assuming gun is not faulty, I had the same issue 12 months ago, spoke with both Milwauke and cartridge manufactures as issue was effecting 3 separate guns. Both are fully aware that there is an ongoing issue with certain brands of grease and are not compatible with the gun. Milwaukee told me to buy grease from Europarts! as a solution but i have since found the jcb branded ones work fine. The only observation is the ones which work are a tight fit in the tube and take some lining up to push in and difficult to get out when empty. The ones which don't work so well are the morris made ones which i understand account for majority of grease made for various supplies under their own brand names in UK. Morris changed the design around the same sort of time so you might find old stock work but new ones don't. Hope this helps!
