[QUOTE="steveR, post: 4699762, member: 66976"] I have looked back at some threads and cannot find anything quite what I am looking for... :) I have a now redundant sugar beet clamp, deep reinforced concrete floor and with concrete filled breeze blocks about 10m down each side with another 15m without sides. Width about 12m. I am exploring the possibility of tapping into the Catchment Sensitive Farming (CSF) grant funding to create a covered FYM store to allow yards to be emptied now and then spread in Spring where I cannot get onto land at in Winter. Grant is currently £62/sq Metre. I have rung around a couple of steel erection companies, but they are all a bit reluctant to give an indicative price, which I can partially understand, but before I invest any real time in the project, I actually need to know if its viable for me! So Gents, anyone like to hazard a fag packet cost of a roof on legs, 25m long x 13m wide at this time. Fibre cement roof for life under steaming muck, and basic steel guttering each side. As an ageing one man band, I am finished with putting up sheds now, so it will have to be erected, but I am aware of some local lads that will come in and do the roofing etc at a sensible price if that is a cheaper option.
