[QUOTE="pine_guy, post: 6762653, member: 14544"] Sat on pump tractor yesterday, massive rat ran across the yard with cat in pursuit. Rat made a failed attempt to climb the wall, cat got it, job done. That’s the first live rat I’ve seen in years and the reason I have 6 semi feral cats. Haven’t used poison for years as last time I did, put some of them teabag type things down a hole and covered it. Rats dug a new hole overnight ten yards away and out came there bag of poison, I walked round the corner just in time to see the dog swallows it ?♂️One vet visit later, vowed never to put bait down again.
