If it's wrong they won't cut worth a damn and you'll over tighten to compensate, creating more friction generating greater heat.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Rattling, it depends where it comes from - if its at the front, the tension/cup/post are worn. If its at the back it's the teeth on the cogs or the back joint is worn/slack. Or it could be a bearing (on a handpiece with bearings).</p></blockquote><p></p>
