We expect to make this payment to you by the end of July. </p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>Your payment</strong></span></p><p>This payment will be made from Treasury funds. We will pay you an amount equivalent to the current estimated value of all the outstanding CS and ES revenue claims you submitted between 2015 and 2018, minus payments that you’ve already received and any deductions. These are explained in more detail below. </p><p></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">If you’ve already received an advance or full payment for any revenue claims made in these years, we will calculate the payment based on the current estimated value of your claims minus the payments that you’ve already received.<br /> below.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">If you’ve already received a bridging payment for any of your revenue claims, we will calculate the payment based on the current estimated value of your claims minus the bridging payments you’ve already received.<br /> below.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">If you’ve an outstanding debt, you may not receive an amount equivalent to the full amount that you’ve claimed. The details of the deduction will be shown on the remittance advice.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">If you’ve already received a CS or ES Financial Support Payment, we will calculate the payment based on the current estimated value of your CS or ES revenue claims minus the Financial Support Payments you’ve already received.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">If you’ve applied for a CS or ES Financial Support Payment but we haven’t made that payment yet, you will receive a manual payment as detailed in this email instead of a Financial Support Payment.</li> </ul><p>The payment calculation will be based on the data we have on the day we make the calculations but may not take account of any outstanding queries about your claims. </p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>What happens next?</strong></span></p><p>We will start making payments in July. We will make a single combined payment to you of an amount equivalent to all outstanding CS and ES revenue claims. This will be followed by a single remittance advice detailing the payment.</p><p></p><p>This means that having made this payment, we will continue to process your claim to completion as soon as possible. Your usual CS or ES payments will be used to reimburse the Treasury for this payment. </p><p></p><p>If the value of your checked claims is more or less than the amount of this payment we will make a top up payment or recover the difference from you. This recovery will be made either from future CAP payments due to you or, if this is not possible, we will ask you for a repayment of the difference.</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px"><strong>What you need to do</strong></span></p><p>You may decide that your preference would be to wait to receive your agreed CS or ES payment once this has been processed. Therefore, if you do not wish to receive a payment in accordance with the terms of this email, please call us within 7 days on <a href="https://thefarmingforum.co.uk/tel:03000%20200%20301" target="_blank">03000 200 301</a> from the date of this email.</p><p></p><p>If you do not let us know within 7 days, you will receive this payment.</p><p></p><p>If you want to receive this payment, you do not need to contact us.
