I'm not a fan of monkeys generally, but I think the B & W Colobus are very beautiful. Yep, in Zim we had troupes of baboons get a taste for tobacco, and maize, and wheat and produce... Yet my worst experience with them was when I was in Tz, as a favour for a friend, taking some of his safari clients from Arusha airport up to Ngorongoro. All was well until we got to the toll gate and everyone got out to see the diorama etc. I told them to wind the windows up but, like a born bl**dy fool, I didn't check that they had... sure enough when we came back there were a couple of bobos in it, ransacking it for food and whatever else. My Cruiser... bobo sh!t and mess... one of the clients asked if I was going to get in and shoo them out, I said no, I wasn't, opened the back door, walked away, sat down and waited, and waited... :yuck: :depressed:
