It is Ragley, yes. My view is from The West Park, I think @Jon 3085 view is from the north. I have been very fortunate over the years to be asked to spread lime in some really beautiful places. I’ve done the parkland at Packington Hall, Wroxall Abbey Park, Warwick Castle Park, Berkswell Hall, Upton House, Alscot House, North Aston Hall and Arbury Hall, all of which are great places to spend the day, but Ragley is The Daddy of them all. I know it’s only spreading lime, just the same as yesterday, but in a lovely place it makes the difference. They have decided to lime all the parkland because they need a good sward to make it hardwearing and able to stand a lot of traffic. They have some huge events, one of the biggest being The Game Fair, along with some big music concerts and firework displays. There are tens of thousands of cars per year travelling over the grass. They’ve spent hundreds of thousands on tracks and roadways too. It’s an incredibly impressive place. I’ve been spreading lime and Fibrophos on the arable for years but have never done the park before. I keep driving past Charlecote Park thinking…”one day…..one day…”
