Honestly no idea why it worked for a while and then stopped. I have never worked with an AGI-3 but I'm surprised that it supports MSM messages. A much more recent AGI-4 as an AGCO variant does not accept MSM messages (not with the SW releases I've had). Then again, I do remember someone claiming success with AGI-3 and MSM messages. If it worked for 5 minutes, I guess MSM messages are not your issue. AGI-3 must be only GPS and GLONASS capable. Perhaps better to suppress other constellations from the stream, at least for a test. I would actually start with GPS only. Why not RTCM1004 too just in case. There are a lot of discussions about the antenna phase difference issues and related RTCM messages. One Topcon issue however is hardly discussed. I leave the details out but the Topcon receiver basically needs to know if the base is from Topcon or some other manufacturer. Usually the receivers identify the well known brands but you might need the 1033 message too. Also I'd try some known antenna e.g. from Novatel instead of the advnullantenna (even if advnullantenna is often reported to work well with many receivers). AGI-3 should not consider ADVNULLANTENNA a Topcon device but who knows how it behaves if this antenna is not on its list of known antennas. Once it works with GPS only, it would be easier to move to dual constellation operation. Difficult to see a configuration issue at AGI-3 that you would not have covered. Specifically if you can see it receive the RTCM stream and it worked momentarily. One never knows for sure, until you have figured out the issue. This is mostly guesswork. Hopefully someone has worked it out with F9P and can help with a full solution.
