Notification came in (V11Z) to tax the tractors (all are taxed in same month). Done it on line, all OK except the one vintage yoke a 1963 massey 35X, wouldn't tax online as it came up that there was no valid MOT for the vehicle. Rang Swansea to explain it was a 55 year old tractor and it didn't need an MOT, they advised me to ring my local DVLA test centre (in NI all MOT's are done by the government) I rang them and they haven't a clue. The Tractor has been on this farm for the past 50 years, registered to me for the past 15, taxed every year and is on the V11 as Tax class: Historic Vehicle. I am waiting on a call back from DVA but don't hold much hope as it seems to be the blind leading the blind. Has anyone else encountered this before? is there a place to ring or a form to fill in? TIA.
