Hi Any advice you have on the following would be appreciate, I’ve been reading over the forum, looking for advise on round balers. In the market for a used one. I’ve really enjoyed @DrDunc posts and you got me looking into the Krone, its all green balers around here, men will not hear of anything else, and they are a good baler also. I like the idea of the Krone being fairly straight forward to carry out any repairs and maintenance and making a good solid bale. It’ll be mostly silage being made, ground is more often then not on the softer side , so would the tandem axle be a good option or not in your opinion? And assuming the driver is ok, what have your experiences been baling wet grass? I had been thinking of an older model originally but after reading over forum will stretch out for a Comprima now, x-treme if i can find it in budget. What is the general opinion on to high of a bale count? 35k? and what work would you do to a used krone if you bought one? Thanks for any help.
