This dominates the weather over much of the UK, but don;'t run away with the idea that it will bring glorious sunshine.</p><p>Fronts surrounding the high will be bringing cloud and some outbreaks of patchy rain to northern and eastern Scotland, with a risk of some drizzle in northeast England.</p><p>The weak occluded front in southern England bringing some patchy rain to southern coasts of England too. </p><p>Elsewhere, morning mist and fog patches are likely to be giving way to a fair amount of cloud. It is probably going to be a rather murky day for many, although the cloud will break here and there.</p><p>Winds will be NE 18-25kt (F5-F6) in southwest England, nearer 10-15kt (F4) for most other southern areas. The cold front close to the coasts of East Anglia could give some patchy rain here. Further cloud and patchy rain in the Channel too, mostly affecting southern coasts.</p><p>Some mist and fog patches on Sunday morning in Scotland. These lifting to leave a few bright or sunny spells.
