To be honest, a good portion of that caseload wouldn't warrant a visit to the GP or would have self remedied by then anyway.</p><p></p><p>I wonder if you couldn't reduce the caseload on non-minor A and E if people had access to functional mental health and social care as I recognise that in some parts of the country these services are oversubscribed or unavailable.
