Evening all, I know it's been asked on here alot so please forgive me. I am going to be getting some sort of recreational Tillage device for spring grass maintenance. I will be using it for removing old thatch and spreading the lumps of FYM/ sheep dung around. Removing poaching from cattle land would be a bonus but not as important as the other two things as I have a ring roller that does a good job of that. So the main question am I better off getting one of these (mat harrow) Or one of these (tine harrow) I have used a tine harrow on a dairy I worked on a few years ago, but that was ok new/newish rye grass leys. Mine would be used on old permanent pasture. Also not forgetting the most important question.... which will leave the best lines to make the neighbours think I know what I'm doing 😂😂. Thankyou as always for the responses.
