Firm I used to work for used to run Bosch when I was there, just as I was leaving they switched to Milwaukee, last time I was there I was taking to lads about tools, they've got hilti as well now, apparently hilti try everything they can to wriggle out of the warranty

Mines just starting to go weak on hammer when undoing for a long time i maybe just rattle away at a 50 year old nut bolt

but why have a dog then bark yourself

Got a mac 3/8 coming shortly new model out so looking forward to that handy larl thing

My Milwaukee impact driver buggered up after not a lot of use, think it's about 2 years old but only farm use, they trigger doesn't work now. Quite dissapointed with it tbh

Take it they only have a years warranty?

Take it to where you bought it from, if you haven't registered the warranty they can send it away, it costs about £60/£70 for a new trigger

Didn't do a long warranty, I thought after reading everyone raving about how good they were on here I would be safe with occasional farm use

Hmmm never really been wet, maybe odd shower when using it. I find they can't crack wheel studs off, have to get the wheel bar out first
