Ok we had Mr Osbourne and Cameron with project fear. We have had the parliamentary debate about triggering article 50 and the court case by Gina Miller . We have had I acknowledge Mrs May and her misshandled election and we have had all the warnings from Junker and M Barnier and @Walterp about the calamity of Brexit.
So when does the British economy implode and we all regret our decisions and come rushing back to the EU with our tail between our legs. I ask this as I see the latest unemployment figures and the pound strengthened and wonder were they all talking the rubbish I suspected .
Surely we have had long enough since the vote for the consequences to occur.
Remember about the emergency budget Osborne warned about the instant we were to vote leave...?
What happened.

You will have to wait till the UK actually leaves the EU then the sh1t will really hit the fan and "we" [those that voted to leave] will really come to realise what we have done

I am still waiting for the government to tell us how Brexit is going to be implemented so we can all start making plans for the future. But I guess we will still be asking this in March 2019.

The question is though that if we voted leave there would be an immediate collapse in the UK economy and an emergency budget. What has happened nothing of the sort.

Consumer confidence is falling and the general public is spending less in the UK. Cost of imports is rising, as I've often said before the farming demographic is tiny in the UK, so while that may benefit them, what will decide the issue is how the majority is affected. How that plays out medium or long term is anyone's guess. No one I know owns a reliable crystal ball.

You haven't left. Scrambling around on all fours trying to find the door. Your dear leader has announce she will make a major speech in Florence shortly to "inform" the EU and the public about her latest thinking on Brexit. No doubt she will have another annoying soundbite or six to lob our there for the tabloids to print. "Deep and meaningful", "friends and allies", "truely global", blah, blah, blah!
But the Brexiteers favourite mascot, Boris the Blonde, in exquisite Machiavellian style, absolutely blows a hole right in her bow before her speech.
OUT NOW!!!

But you are still saying you have not left ok agreed.
One cannot deny however no matter whether you like it or not, what is an undeniable fact . The whole project fear story about vote leave and there will be immediately a meltdown did not occur.
Be fair there may be, or may not be later down the line but the simple fact is at present and totally contary to the remain argument at the time of the vote no meltdown yet. They were wrong.

In case you hadn't noticed GOD has been real busy since last months Solar Eclipse and he has a whole host of nasty events lined up for the ungodly in the days, weeks and months to come..................especially the money changers later this week:whistle:
What he particularly dislikes are sovereignless countries with open borders such as the EU is extolling! Which is why the smug grin on Junckers face is going to be wiped away quite soon. GOD likes Kings & Queens and other sovereign beings, GOD also is very hot on Gates and walls and borders and also operates a very strict vetting procedure as to whom they let into their Kingdom...............Just like Trump will do! That's why I'm betting that this country is very much favoured by the Lord and will flourish once Brexit is fully implemented.

Our borderless friends (probably ex friends now) across the waves may not fair so well.

The remainers are like the religious zealots who follow the Mayan calendar, any day now, the Uk's going to implode

But but but the brexiteers say the Eu's going to end, yes, the extreme ones, not like everyday run of the mill remainer who wishes harm to the Uk, funnily enough, it's mostly Anti English Racist's in here doing as such, the language always suggests so.

So with all the talk of impending doom for having the temerity to leave I see in the Times today the deficit hits a new low as tax receipts are higher than forecast. Also I see that more people are employed in the "city" than a year ago. Why has it all not imploded.
The reason is some people love bad news especially if they voted remain. The truth is nothing much will change as economies are highly linked and it hurts everyone to hurt one.
We have nothing to lose but the chains.
