Suckler startup

I am currently looking to buy a few suckler cows and I am looking for some opinions on what breed to go for. My dad currently farms Aberdeen Angus cows but I am looking to try something different. Had been thinking of buying some stablisers as easy calving is a must. Has anyone dealt with them before?

Since you're a new member I'll just tip you the wink - you're in for a long and bumpy ride here.

I'd suggest going on a month's holiday, and then avoiding your own thread like the plague when you get back.

Option 1. Crack the whip hard to keep the oiks in line. (y)

Option 2. Just go off and do what you fancy and never mind what anyone else thinks. (y)

It's often the best way, and it's you that's going to have to look at these cows every day anyway (y):D

Indoor. Won't Be ins

Iv started something I shouldn't have, didn't I....
Apologies @Titchlennon , don't mind us, we're old lags at this caper. What cow threads usually end up being, how shall I put this, an unbelievable shambles I think is kindest.

So many strong opinions, so many deeply opinionated people :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
.
Deep breath, be patient. But if you feel like throwing your laptop out of the window by 9, we'll all understand. . ....:angelic::angelic::)
