Will he want inside and outside space ?Thanks for the advise
Yes he has approached me about it as he’s got to move from his old yard.
The yard space isn’t being used for much else other than storing a load of our crap which is a good excuse to have a sort out
The yard is in Oxfordshire good links to networks and near a major road so good location
In future I want to develop the yard further but for now things don’t allow so this will be a good opportunity to start.
Thanks again
Is the yard aloud to receive incoming rubbish be careful. Thanks
Barn to park up vans and store equipment
Outside space to tip chip and a bit of extra hard standing
Work out a figure your both happy with be it x amount for the shed and x amount for the hard standing , £5 is somewhere where you need to be on the shed and I wouldn’t be far off for open yard as your in a good position in the country. Thanks

And the other 10% that are not caravan dwellers tend to be followed back from jobs by them to find where they store their equipment. Saves them having to buy their own. End up with some hefty repair bills to buildings when they break in to steal ifor trailer, woodchipper, chainsaws etc.Another thought, but certainly round here 90% of 'tree surgeons' with vans towing wood chippers are in fact those who live in rubber-tyred houses - you probably want to avoid letting them have free roam of your land and buildings. We got burnt a few years ago by one and have since been a lot more careful.
