Blimey sick of the sh!t im getting of here how do i delete the thread im the innocent one that's been scared for life what is seen so early in the morning.
I would think it's ok on here but might be best not to put it on Cumbria crack, although I've looked to see if it's there and asked a couple of questions locally about the distinctive plate (without the details of course). Not found out who it is yet though!

I would also be wary of identifying an alleged adulterer/outdoor fornicator on a public forum.
If you had sent that photo to a local paper, do you think they would dare publish it, because that is surely what OP has effectively done.
Personally, I'd take it down, before it bit me on the bum.

I wonder if I am the only person to have reservations about this salacious thread?

One, is it an apt for a farming forum?

Two, what does it say about the OP?

Three, is it verifiable?

On the last count, it seems that what is available is the OP's account, plus a photograph. The photograph merely shows a car on a suburban road; its index plate is identifiable and, no doubt, the driver of the car will be identified in due course.

Will the driver agree, or disagree, with the OP's account?

I suggest that the driver will deny the OP's account.

Is there any evidence that support's the OP's account? None, that we know of.

Just as the driver can be identified, so may the OP - his email address can be obtained and his name and address flows easily enough therefrom. Then the extent of any evidence he has to support his allegations (for that is what they are) will be enquired into.

If he has no evidence, he will be selling some cows to pay some legal costs. (Please refer to helpful thread on legal costs).

If I were the OP's solicitor, I would advise him to delete this ill-advised thread.

No, you are not. Which you would have known if you would've actually red the comments before yours, instead of racing your high horse to the moral highground.

Harden up Walter. The OP was confronted by 2 people having sex in a public place, and if you are offering ‘free advice’ it should be to the courting couple committing a criminal offence, not the innocent bystander confronted by the act.
As for exposing the act on the internet, it could easily have been avoided by not choosing to shag in a car, in a village, in public.

Given the popularity of ‘public sex’, dogging etc, and the fact it is practiced ‘in the countryside’ then regrettably this thread is justified on an agricultural forum.

And advising the OP to sell cows to pay legal costs: it does nothing more than make the legal system sound utterly parasitic.

Un wittingly they could already be on Google earth, security cams, dash cams from passing cars etc.
Maybe that was the thrill?

Could be the son or daughter of the owner of the car, taken it into town the night before, got lucky, been back to theirs for a shag, but got no peace and quiet so snuck out to fulfil their needs!

without knowing the occupants it is just jumping to conclusions that it was some wrong doing.
