I know the topic won't be well received here but here goes- I am struggling to find the best press wheels for my Kv cultistrip which we run for sugar beet. It came with zero-press tyres which were ok on sand but left anything a little better too flat for the drill(double disc)
After that we copied some cage rollers with chains instead or bars, these are better and good at breaking up lumps but still not good at creating a little loose where there is some moisture (headlands, tramlines, patches with poor cc,,etc.)
What does anyone think of fitting a pair of smaller Guttlers close together? would they "pluck "at the surface enough to help the drill?
Thanks in advance, Richard.
