It seems to me that you're pulling my chain, and not as stupid as that statement, but I'll play along for now.
Which other countries should they fix? He stated that they were not American, when 3/4 of the ladies are as American as he is. What possible reason could he have for that statement and the suggestion that they're not welcome in their own homeland? There are many, many opponents of Trump in the US government structure, so why could you imagine he has singled these ladies out?
Perhaps he did know that they came from the USA and he thinks that they come from a not so good part

Do you really think Donald would refer to the US as a country "whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all)' with "totally broken and crime infested places".
